Bob Harvey, one of the founding partners of the firm, is now retired, although he continues to work on a few small projects from time to time.  His philosophy of putting clients’ interest first led to a very successful career and this approach is still emphasized as part of the firms’ attitude toward its customers. During his career Bob was always involved with his professional association and devoted many years of service to the Tax and Fiscal Policy Committee of CGA Canada.  This committee advises the executive of the CGA Association on positions they should promote with the Canadian Minister of Finance and other federal government branches.  Bob was also a member of BC's Accounting Policy Advisory Committee, which assisted the BC government in adopting appropriate and correct accounting standards for its financial reporting.  He also gave time to many other community service organizations including the Penticton Regional Hospital Board, the Chamber of Commerce, the Penticton-Ikeda Sister City Society and others. Bob and his wife Sue enjoy skiing at Apex, touring with their dog Sadie in their motor home and traveling to many other interesting destinations all over the world.
